May sapat diumanong ebidensiya ang isinampang kaso laban kay Margaret Tan aka Sunshine Dizon at kasama niyang si Jonathan Tubic-Dy sa Regional Trial Court of Daet, Camarines Norte ayon sa inilabas na resolution ng Provincial Prosecution Service, Daet, Camarines Norte na base sa isinampa ng nagngangalang sina Benedicto Cosa Padua at Rogelio Cruz Fonacier ng Jose Panganiban, Camarines Norte.
Diumano’y nag-invest ang mga nagreklamo ng P10 million dahil sa pangakong kikita sila sa online sabong at saan nag-umpisa ang kanilang usapan noong February 2022.
Diumano’y ang pakilala ng dalawa ay konektado sila sa mga pulitiko.
Dahil doon nakumbinsi diumano silang mag-invest. Hanggang ideklara ng gobyerno na bawal na ang online sabong.

Nakasaad sa inilabas na resolution na:

“Generally, the public prosecutor is afforded a wide latitude of discretion in the conduct of a preliminary investigation.

“WHEREFORE, let an Information for Estafa under paragraph 2 (a) of Art. 315 of the Revised Penal Code as amended by R.A. 10951 be filed against JONATHAN RUBIC DY and MARGARET TAN aka SUNSHINE DIZON before the Regional Trial Court of Daet, Camarines Norte. The bail recommended for their provisional liberty is Php66,000.00 each.
“In addition, let two separate Informations for Violation of B.P.22 be filed against JONATHAN RUBIC DY. The bail recommended for his provisional liberty is Php120,000.00 for each case. 23 March 2023. Daet, Camarines Norte.”
Pirmado ang nasabing resolution nina Associate Provincial Prosecutor Indira P. Napicol-Martinez and approved by Provincial Prosecutor Evillo Chispa Pormento.
Sinubukan naming hingan ng pahayag ang kampo ni Sunshine pero hanggang sa sinusulat namin ito wala pa kaming natatanggap na sagot.
